Scout Troop 368 Celebrates Scout Sunday with FPC
How happy we were to have with us
the young men from Troop 368
during our 10:30 a.m. Worship Service,
Sunday, February 9, 2020,
to celebrate God and country and
to commemorate
the 110th Anniversary of the founding of the
Boy Scouts of America.
The scouts and their leaders,
including Jerry Lowder and Doug Borden,
posted the colors and recited
the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.
Troop 368 uses the “Scout Hut”
on the southeast corner of our property
to hold their meetings and store their gear.
Several times during the year,
they also use our Fellowship Hall
to hold “honor courts,”
celebrate their new Eagle Scouts,
and enjoy fellowship with their
parents, leaders, and others who love scouting.
First Presbyterian Church
is proud to support Troop 368,
and we pray for God’s continuing blessings
on these scouts, their leaders. and all the
Boy Scouts of America.
